After 24 years of experience as an educator and school leader in five different countries, I’ve seen the power of leadership that comes from a commitment to integrity and connection. During my journey, I’ve learned that the best leaders don’t lead on a base of authority, they reflect, grow, and build relationships that empower everyone in the school community.

Throughout my life I have been influenced by the wisdom of thinkers like Marcus Aurelius, The Dalia Lama, and Desmond Tutu, therefore I lead with integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to social responsibility. The most impactful leaders embody the values they teach and inspire others to do the same.
